Easyprints (Singapore) provides WhatsApp-based print ordering and delivery. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
An order is confirmed only after artwork approval. Payment is due before production begins.
You are responsible for the accuracy of files you supply. Easyprints is not liable for errors in customer-supplied files that you acknowledged before printing.
Refunds apply to defective print quality only, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. Timing can vary based on artwork, production, and courier schedules.
We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion — for example, if artwork is unsuitable for print or content violates applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
