Easyprints is a print service based in Singapore. This policy covers data we collect when you order through WhatsApp or this customer portal.
Your WhatsApp number, name, delivery address, print files you upload, and your order history with us.
To fulfil print orders and send order updates via WhatsApp — quotes, confirmations, artwork checks, and delivery status.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Order and account data is stored securely on Railway infrastructure. Print files are stored on Cloudflare R2.
We keep order data for 2 years, then delete or anonymise it unless we need to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.
Reply on WhatsApp to request deletion of your data. We will remove what we can while keeping anything we are legally required to retain.
